Key Management was founded in 2014 when a group of multi-family property owners grew frustrated with the lack of professional, technology-enabled management options available. We set out to build the property management company we wished existed.
Today, we manage over 500 units across the United States, ranging from boutique 8-unit historic properties to modern 60-unit developments. Our team of 35 professionals handles everything from tenant screening to capital improvement planning.
In 2019, we launched our brokerage division to help clients buy and sell investment properties with the same data-driven approach we bring to management. We've since transacted over $120 million in multi-family real estate.
